INTRODUCTION
PP Filter Plates are the key parts of filter press equipment, they are installed on filter press frame one by one and forms many closed chambers. Chamber volume is decided by plate size and plate No and chamber depth. It has the advantage of flexibility, toughness and rigidity. The flatness of the filter plate is lower than 25μm after the process of CNC machining, which makes sure excellent sealing.
